If your company, organisation or institution is established in the EU, you have the right to participate in a public tender in any EU country. You have the right to:
participate in a public tender in another EU country without discrimination
use supporting documents (certificates, diplomas, etc.) issued by your own country
have equal access to all information on tenders, regardless of the EU country in which you are established
have access to evaluation procedures in that country
