How Invest Business House Operates (Investments)
Invest Business House does not function as a direct investment company or fund. Instead, we deposit
capital on behalf of investors and allocate it to earmarked projects while providing financial security
guarantees through our banking partners.
Project-Specific Accounts & Investor Assurance
Two dedicated accounts are established for each project:
One account at Invest Business House’s headquarters.
One account with our partner bank.
Investors receive a copy of the account statement on the first of each month.
If a project does not meet our standards, funding is halted, and the investor is refunded their capital minus
a 2% fee.
Investment Structure
Investors pay the capital to the Invest Business House project account (Client account) Initially, investors transfer 30% of the project costs.
The remaining 70% is transferred after six months.
A fixed fee of 2% applies to the entire project.

Permit Management
We handle all necessary permits and approvals for project construction, ensuring a smooth process.
Investor Security & Transparency
Our investors can rest assured that their capital is managed securely and professionally.
For all projects, every individual directly or indirectly involved must submit a copy of their passport.
Additionally, the management must provide a guarantee of 15% of the invested capital or a bank
guarantee.
Contracts are drafted to ensure both the project’s successful completion and the security of investors’
capital.

Project Payments
Project payments are structured as follows:
An initial project fee of $550,000 is required, covering legal costs, design, and construction expenses.
For each unit, 30% is paid at the start. Upon completion and approval, the remaining 70% is paid.
For example, in a project involving 300 luxury houses:
30% of the cost of each house is paid at the start.
Upon completion and approval, the remaining 70% is paid.
This payment structure ensures the safe management of capital throughout the project.
Insurance
Throughout the project, the contractor must provide construction, fire, and theft insurance.
Additionally, security personnel must be on-site 24/7 for the project’s duration.
Sales
As units are sold, the sales proceeds are transferred to investors.
Fire Insurance
All houses must be covered by fire insurance for the duration of the investment period.
